Puff Embroidery: Custom 3D Embroidered Hats & Apparel

Puff Embroidery

Puff embroidery is a specialty print method we offer here at Coastal Reign. When using puff embroidery the design is embroidered on top of a foam base to create a lifting effect, resulting in the print being raised off the garment creating a three-dimensional effect. Here at Coastal Reign puff embroidery is a popular printing option for companies and organizations looking to print their logo on hats.

Embroidery Care Instructions

  • Puff Embroidered logos are made to last, however here are a few tips for making them last even longer.
  • Washing Guidelines: Minimize washing garments with puff embroidery. However, if the wash is needed, wash inside out, and avoid washing with other garments with zippers or sharp objects. Sharp objects can catch on the thread and ruin your logo.
  • Drying Guidelines: Hang dry if possible to prevent shrinkage. If the fabric around the embroidery shrinks, there can be wrinkling around the embroidered logo.
  • Iron: Do not iron an embroidered logo directly. Flip the garment inside out and avoid any steaming features.
