What is the difference between the custom patch options?

Each custom patch offers its own unique look. Your design can greatly impact which type of patch is best for you. Custom sublimated patches are able to capture designs that are colorful and have intricate details. Custom embroidered patches can also capture colorful designs. However, it is harder to embroider designs that have small and intricate details. Custom leather patches only allow your design to be printed in one color and are best for designs with bold icons and text. What is the standard turnaround time for custom patches?

For custom sublimated patches, custom embroidered patches, and custom leather patches, the turnaround time is 15 business days. The turnaround time for custom woven patches is 15-20 business days. Please note that these turnaround times do not include shipping times.

Is there a minimum quantity needed to order custom patches?

For custom sublimated patches, custom embroidered patches, and custom woven patches there is no minimum quantity needed to order. There is a minimum of 12 units to order custom leather patches. Please note that our pricing is based on quantity, meaning the more units you order the lower the price per unit will be.

Can these custom patches be ironed onto clothing?

All of our personalized patches come with a heat-activated adhesive backing and can be ironed onto clothing. If you prefer a timeless look, you may choose to sew your custom patch directly to your clothing.

I was searching for a local company to do apparel printing for our gym and came across Coastal Reign. I was beyond pleased with every step of the process from start to finish. I was specifically working with Efraim throughout the ordering process. He was very quick to respond to all of my emails in a very clear and concise manner. The system they use for mock up approvals and quotes was extremely efficient and allowed me to play around with quantities on different garments to see how it would change pricing.
