Embroidery Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Work and operate multi-head Tajima embroidery machines
• Hooping shirts, hoodies, polos, hats and more on embroidery machines
• Troubleshoot various types of common errors including: broken threads, bobbin errors, etc.
• Obtain work orders from supervisors to determine the type and design of embroidered logos and report any issues or reordering stock as required
• Select the appropriate materials to perform embroidery on
• Calibrate and set up embroidery machines at the beginning of each shift to ensure that it is in proper working order
• Choose the right color of threads that best match an embroidery design
• Perform both preventative and regular maintenance on embroidery machines to ensure that they remain in good working order.
• The ability to follow a schedule and have orders completed on time.

Requirements:

• Know how to work and operate a multi-head Tajima embroidery machine
• Minimum 2 years of embroidery experience
