Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with accurate quotes and pricing information
- Communicate with customers to ensure they understand the different printing methods offered
- Use best judgement to determine which printing method to use to yield the best results for the customer
- Inform and guide customers on how to navigate the website
- Ensure tickets yield a KPI of 1-business day maximum wait time
- Maintain customer relationships through professionalism and speed of service
- Create mock-ups on an artwork software, such as Adobe Illustrator
- Provide feedback to customer service manager in order to better improve work processes
- Handle phone, email, and in person communications.
- Trouble shooting customer complaints and providing the correct solution.
- Provide brand/product recommendations to customer based on their wants and needs.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
