How long does a custom hat take to make?

The average turnaround time for bulk custom embroidered hats is about two weeks but it’s important to note that this doesn’t include shipping time. It will also depend on the size and design of your order.

You’ll be given a range of dates for delivery once you reach the checkout portion of your custom embroidered hat purchase so you’ll know when to expect your order to arrive.

What kinds of custom hats are available?

However, we also offer embroidered, leather, or sublimated patches, and woven labels for your wholesale custom hats. Regardless of what you have in mind, we can help you create the perfect design to fit your business.

How does the design process work?

There are four easy-to-follow steps that you need to follow to design and order your bulk personalized hats.

  1. Pick the style and colour of the hat that you’d like to design
  2. Customize your design
  3. Decide how many custom caps you’d like to order
  4. Fill in your payment and shipping information, pay, and then you’re done!
