After you send your design and check out, you'll get a high-quality mock-up in 1 to 2 business days. Then, you can approve the mockup and proceed with your payment. We can start production once we approve your mockup and get your payment.

We require a minimum order of 20 units when using customer-provided garments. These garments must be brand new and unworn. This ensures the best quality and consistency in the process.
Also, new and unworn clothes are easier to handle. This helps us meet our quality standards and keeps both the embroidery and the garment in good shape. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping us the garments.
